Direct Debit - Changing Bank Details

To change bank details for your Direct Debit payments please follow these steps:
  1. Create a support ticket requesting that you need to change your bank details for your Direct Debit. Do NOT include your new details at this stage.
  2. We will cancel your existing authority and you will receive a confirmation email from GoCardless with subject of "Your Direct Debit to SO53 Ltd has been cancelled"
  3. You will then receive another email from GoCardless with a subject of "Action required: set up a Direct Debit with SO53 Ltd". In that email click on the link "Set up payment by Direct Debit" and then proceed to complete the details as required.
  4. We will then update our system with your new mandate details.

If you don't currently pay by your bills with us by Direct Debit and would like please contact us by create a support ticket with a subject line of "Pay by Direct Debit"
